All Sales Are Final
All Dando Hair products are crafted from premium virgin and/or raw hair. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a purchase has been made.
Each product listing clearly states whether the unit is raw or virgin hair. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
Incorrect or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of every order we send out. However, if you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of your confirmed delivery date.
To be considered for review, your claim must meet the following conditions:
∙ The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
∙ You must submit clear photographic and video evidence of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
∙ A replacement item, or
∙ Store credit
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
What We Are Not Responsible For
Please note that Dando Hair cannot be held liable for:
∙ Damage resulting from installation, styling, colouring, or any alteration to the hair
∙ Lace damage caused during or after handling
∙ Incorrect items selected by the customer at checkout
∙ Parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been dispatched by our team
